I recently used True Home Heating and Air Conditioning and had an excellent experience with their technician, Edy Rodriguez. He arrived on time, was very professional and courteous, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my furnace. Edy clearly explained the issues and completed the necessary repairs. His conclusion was that regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance are essential. In my case, he cleared a clogged condensing drain and cleaned the oxidized flame sensor, which were the main causes of my furnace issue today plus he checked many other important things. Even if you use your heating system only a few times a year, he strongly recommends regular maintenance for both the furnace and the AC unit. Edgar the service tech was so helpful and very courteous. He was able to do the parts replacement well and now our aircon and heating system work perfectly.
