⸻ We had an outstanding experience with True Mechanical Heating and Air! They did an excellent job installing our new heating and air conditioning system. The team was professional, efficient, and went the extra mile by registering our equipment—so we now have a 10-year warranty instead of the standard 5 years. They also provided us with the correct filter sizes, which was a nice touch. A big shoutout to Denita in the office, who was fantastic to work with—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. We were also impressed that they were willing to travel two hours to reach our home. I highly recommend True Mechanical Heating and Air for their top-quality service and customer care.

Mr. Craig is a life saver! His expertise and experience is appreciated beyond measures. He listened when no one else would and resolved my issue when no one else would even go the extra mile to see what was really going on. This was the 5th hvac company that my warranty company sent out and they all refused to look deeper than what the diagnostic tests were showing. According to the tests everything checked out and nothing was wrong. That could not have been further from the truth. One company even suggested I put a smoke detector in my attic and was the first company that came out 🤦🏽‍♀️ but nothing was wrong, so why suggest that instead finding where my problem stemmed from? People are so quick to depend solely on technology that it hinders them and makes them incapable of thinking critic

My home warranty sent True Mechanical to my home to inspect my AC unit and Craig was an amazing. He is very honest, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate him not trying to find a problem so he could make a profit. That means a lot to me especially during today’s economy. Nonetheless I made sure to save Craig’s information so I can have him to continue to service my units on an ongoing basis

I would not hesitate to use True Mechanical Heating and Air again. I see a lot of bad reviews which seems to be on the part of the warranty companies we as customers use and I can understand the frustration as I went through the headache myself. But let me be the first to say that I’ve had ZERO issues from True Mechanical themselves. After paying my warranty company, I felt as if I was left out of the loop as to what was going on. I contacted True Mechanical and spoke with Denita and she explained everything there was to be aware of and was very efficient in scheduling the work to be completed. Craig came out to do my initial inspection and explained everything that was going on and even found issues that I was not aware of as well as areas of concern that were tampered with by ANOTHER co
