**⭐ 1 star** I scheduled a consultation with **Tru Tech** for a pest issue I’d recently encountered. I was upfront with the representative: I couldn’t commit to the most expensive package. I asked respectfully if there were more economical or tiered service options available. Instead of engaging in a real conversation, the rep seemed disinterested from the start—rushing through the visit, brushing off my questions, and offering only the highest-priced option with no willingness to discuss alternatives. He didn’t inspect the perimeter or interior of the property, didn’t offer a proper diagnostic, and only agreed—reluctantly—to send a quote based on a half-hearted, incomplete assessment. True tech services to the rescue! Had them handle multiple plumbing issues from general remodel work to emergency services. Ultra responsive, they show as scheduled and on time, extremely personable owner and staff, and they get the job done right. Could not be more pleased with the work, their courtesy and professionalism. Definite recommend!

These guys are total professionals and do a great job at a great rate. Totally trustworthy and a gem of a find - they were a subcontractor to a larger job for me initially and have since helped with plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. And they have helped both on a scheduled service timeline and in a major pinch (electrical issue hours before leaving for a family vacation, HVAC when a condensation pump failed). Can't say enough about them and the work they do - if you are looking for reliable and knowledgeable service in the Monmouth/Ocean county area I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Professional, reliable, and dependable. Marcin helped me out of an emergency situation with a gas leak on the main gas line of a home I had just purchased. Marcin and his crew were highly skilled and able to fix a major problem with minimum invasion and at a very reasonable cost. He was open and honest with me the entire time. I will be using True Tech Services for all of my electrical and plumbing needs and recommend them without hesitation.

True Tech services is a best service company I ever used, while other companies right of the bat ware trying to sell me service plans while not too interested in my problem,True Tech Technician showed up promptly and right away went to look for the leak in the wall that I had in my kitchen. Technician found the problem quickly and ware able to fix it right then preventing further damage to my house, he also found electrical wires inside wall that ware very old and frayed, he replaced them possibly saving my house from catching on fire in near future. All that while being very polite ,clean and respectful, not to mention affordable price for such a great service. In future when I or my family and friends will need service work it's only going to be True tech services.
