Kevin and his team really came through for my family when we purchased a new AC unit at a very fair price. His installers took our 25yo unit out and installed a new unit in a few hours and within a few days of calling, didn't scratch any walls or trim through doorways, and picked up all the trash in the attic/vacuumed the walkway floors when they were finished working. True Temp treated us like family and answered all or questions prior to the install date. There's a lot of things to worry about in life and HVAC shouldn't be one of them. I got my problem solved with Kevin at True Temp and you should as well. Thanks Kevin.

We had our conditioner replaced 4 yrs. ago and are happy with the unit and exceptional service we have with True Temp. We bought the service contract and used it once, this saved us a lot of money. I recommend True Temp to everyone needing a new system.

These guys are super friendly, professional, and QUICK. They were respectful of our home, and even provided us with a window unit to use overnight while they were getting to us. We just had a hurricane so I know they are slammed, but they took the time to answer questions and get everything done right the first time. I doubt we will have any problems with our new unit, but if we know anyone who does, we will recommend True Temp every time!
