TruGreen Lawn Care

home security cameras have repeatedly caught this company pretending to treat our yard. If no one answers the door, the technician sits in their car for a few minutes, then places a service sign in our yard without ever applying any treatment. We pay for full lawn, tree, and shrub care, yet they’ve now killed four of our bushes. I’ve called multiple times and have been told someone would come out to assess the damage, but no one has shown up, and it’s been over four weeks. Completely unacceptable and dishonest. Avoid this company at all costs.

Excellent service by Devin Ramey on Oct 8, 2025. Service: application of high nitrogen fertilizer. Excellent service on Friday, June 6, 2025. Mitchell the Service Tech applied fertilizer and weed control in both front and backyards. Another job well done. This is another good service of the season applied on September 11, 2024. Service tech did a good job covering both front and back yards with fertilizer and weed killer. I’m looking forward to the end of summer to see the difference from now until Fall. Good job ELNUR V. I have never used a lawn service before and my lawn looked it. So I didn't want to cheap out this time since I've been going without for so long. TruGreen may not be one of the cheapest lawn services in town, but I would never go with anyone else. Each time a technician came out to perform a service they were very efficient, polite, and thorough. I've called customer service several times with questions or to request that a service be repeated and there has never been a question about doing it. If I was not satisfied with the amount of weeds that had been killed with the last treatment there was never a hesitation on their part about coming out and gladly repeating it. Excellent service. My lawn looks so much better free of weeds and greener. I am glad I don’t have to have all the different chemicals around that it takes to treat the variety of weeds I had growing or buy and handle the chemicals - they are expensive and dangerous. I am happy to have trained professionals that l know what to use and manage the care.

So far this has been a terrible waste of money! We paid over $500 upfront for the lawn care service for 6 applications and they have only been out maybe 2-3 times. The tree in the backyard is looking horrendous due to the beetles eating off the leaves and this company has rescheduled the tree application 3 times. By the time they get here the tree will be dead! Not to mention the grass looks half dead! Save yourself the money. Do NOT recommend!
