Updated Review: After a frustrating experience with customer service, the service manager, Travis, came to my home and personally apologized for the issues I had encountered. He assured me that he would personally “make it right.” We now have a plan in place to repair the yard this coming spring, when the new grass can take root properly. I appreciate his professionalism and will post another update once the work is completed. TruGreen absolutely destroyed my lawn. I trusted them to make it healthier, and instead, their treatments fried it. My once-green yard is now brown, patchy, and dead in multiple spots — it looks worse than it ever has. What makes it even more infuriating is their complete lack of accountability. When I called, they brushed me off and refused to take responsibility.

I hired Trugreen for a one-year plan, and they completely ruined my yard. I have security camera footage proving their technicians didn't even spray my entire backyard, which explains why I now have massive dead patches. ​Despite calling three times to ensure my service would not renew, they charged me for six additional months without authorization. When I confronted them, they admitted they saw my previous calls in their system but refused to refund me because "the worker didn't complete the cancellation." They are charging for services I canceled, i did not authorize to be charged and services they aren't even fully performing. The manager refuses to speak with me. Stay away!

She arrived today, took wonderful care of our shrubbery, and I truly appreciate the great conversation and clear communication we shared. I absolutely love how our trees and shrubs are thriving thanks to her help!

This week, timely service was provided by a competent, informative technician. His pleasant demeanor was commendable. TruGreen has been providing care of my lawn, trees, and shrubs for over ten years, and I have been delighted eith the friendliness of their staff and the care they have delivered.

Fried my lawn. Now my lawn looks the worse in the neighborhood. Additionally, they went ahead and auto renewed a plan i did not agree to and then charged me for it. The worse disaster ever. The sprayed the grass on the winter and did not notify me. Highly disappointed.
