Admittedly, I had a difficult time maintaining my lawn. I hired True green mainly due to some problem areas that needed attention and improve the existing areas . Most of my lawn looks great, better than ever in some cases ,other areas did not improve in two years of service . Despite my repeated calls and inquiries I received no special attention in the matter . I requested a supervisor contact me numerous times , after three weeks they called while I ate dinner , I requested a call back and never heard from them again . I was told if requested additional visits are covered when needed, I never got one. What true green is very good at was getting my money when my credit card expiration date changed. I am beyond happy and beyond grateful to Landon and James…!!!..THANK YOU I just wanted to say thank you to the entire TruGreen team as they have made my satisfaction a priority.In particular the two representatives who came to reseed and aeration where extremely thorough and did an amazing job…also took the time to explain how I should water it to get the seed to germinate……….I want to thank Courtney for the excellent job she did treating my trees. Her care, attention to detail, and professionalism really stood out. You went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the great work you did…Grateful

Been a customer for 3 years, very disappointed. There is a known issue of weeds in my backyard and there’s no proactiveness to address it. I always have to call for additional services to get them to fix it. I also have spotted fungus which is causing brown spots and their treatment for it is astronomical. Very unhappy. Will be looking to a more local service that can better manage my lawn.

True green has been great and specifically with the weeds that kept popping up. Ever since I started services, I did not see weeds anymore . My grass was terrible, but now the grass is so healthy and green. I loved how they eliminated the weeds before they popped up. Haven’t seen weeds in several months but prior to this, I had crab grass. RICH AND LANDEN WERE SO GREAT, My grass is even healthier and greener. My neighbors are always complimenting me on how well my grass looks, Rich educated me on things I was essentially doing wrong and with his feedback , I was able to restore dirt with full grass within 2 -3 weeks. Weeds n clovers were taking over in certain sections in my backyard, so simply removed it and got this beautiful lush full tall fescue seed that looks so beautiful
