Garrett presented to my front door, introduced himself & proceeded to inform me of the service he was about to deliver. He was professional and very courteous. He let me know when he left and answered all my questions.

Payton was great! He listened to what I needed and he took care of it. He made sure to ask for the dogs to be put inside so they wouldn’t escape through the gate. I put my phone down somewhere and I asked him to call me so I could find it. Good guy!!

Loved the work David did, Payton on the other hand could use some pointers!! Austin was great too i forgot Thanks -Bill

Cancelled my service just now. I had gotten multiple texts on 8/14/2025 saying that I was scheduled for my TruCore and TruBarrier service on Friday 8/15/2025. I took off work for the day (since no specific time of service was given) in order to keep my pets put up, make sure the gates were unlocked into the back yard and be here to ask a couple of questions regarding this service to whoever came out. At 7:00PM I called customer service to confirm that someone was still coming out, no matter what number I tried to call I was getting routed to a call center and forced to deal with a heavily accented lady that was reading scripted retention dialogue instead of processing my request to cancel the service as I had stated four times at that point. I’ve been using this lawn service for a while, and unfortunately, it’s been a frustrating experience. I paid for full service—including the backyard—but they skipped my backyard for months at a time. I have weeds coming up everywhere, and nothing has been properly maintained. Despite paying consistently, the work has been inconsistent and disappointing , and there’s no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone expecting reliable or thorough lawn care.
