TruGreen Lawn Care

Tried truegreen this summer, worst mistake ever. My lawn was the worst on the street. Weeds everywhere, never heard of a weed company that doesn't cover certain types of weeds, but they don't. Read fine print carefully. Also we have a fenced back yard that's locked almost every application we had to call them back out because they didn't notify when they were coming and didn't do half the yard. Tried to resove issues with a manager, none of the 5 they've had this summer were helpful. Stay away from them if you want a nice yard.

Meant to post this last month!! Alan K was most pleasant! Very informative and made sure he sprayed my entire yard. Appreciate great workers! Also today had Samuel B come out and do a very thorough job, thank you for taking good care of my yard!

We were not at home when our Yard Service Tech came by to do a follow up Service Call to our grass. We saw the small yard sign in our yard and it appeared to have been treated. Thanks for your time to care for our lawn in a timely fashion. We are New customers and are waiting to see the yard improvements so we too can sing your praises for the darker green change in color and the weed issue eliminated. We want a Tru Green yard... I had a great "strategy session" with Andrew, today. I think we're on the same page for the season. He offered some good ideas that were logical. I appreciated his remarks that were well thought out. The chemicals are science, but like an overpriced golf club, some luck is still necessary, and it's good to keep that in mind. lol

Was quoted price, paid for all applications upfront in fall 24. Completed treatment of lawn in fall 25. Tacked on additional charges fall of 25. Charged to my credit without any notice.
