TruGreen Lawn Care

TruGreen's services are consistently exceptional. I have been using their services for several years, and the reasonable price makes it absolutely worth it to maintain our large lawn. I highly recommend their service. I've also posted some pictures for your reference.

I have been using TruGreen for the past 10 years, and the results have been fantastic! TruGreen also provides great communication through email and text updates before and after each service make it easy to stay informed. TruGreen’s technicians show up on time, are courteous, and always leave helpful notes after each visit about what was done and what to expect next.

“I hired TruGreen last year in September 2023 to take care of my lawn, and now, at the end of summer, my grass is full of weeds. I called them multiple times to complain about the issue. On October 26th, they came to my house to apply something to kill the weeds but did nothing. My neighbor’s lawn looks beautiful, and he doesn’t pay anyone – he takes care of it himself i called first time in May about weeds etc and now November still same thing front yard and side yard look horrible very unhappy waisted of money and time ill call Doctorlaw now and will have them for next season see the picture, this is how it is now at the end of the season , i have ugly very ugly front yard Today is sept 13/2025 am writing another review about my experience with them this year . My suggestion, look for another company. Repeatedly had issues all summer and just now with my partition and seed. You pay for a service, technician shows up sometimes (have it in camera that he said he showed up and didn’t) and when he does show up barely sprays anything, doesn’t even walk the whole yard, sticks a yellow tag on the lawn and leaves. Second issue, I have asked numerous times, even went outside and said please don’t knock on my door every time you do my dogs go crazy. I know when you’re here and just do what you need to do. EVERY SINGLE TIME they knock even after speaking with them directly or calling customer service. After many years as a customer, we weren't happy with TruGreen increasing their prices at every turn and since the lawn really didn't look that great, we cancelled the service. Three months later, we get a collection notice for $11.22. We never received a bill for this amount. Nobody ever contacted us regarding a balance. If we had a balance, why didn't they try to collect that $11 at time of cancellation? No, instead, they send a collection agency letter. We were told that because we were on autopay, and because we cancelled, they "couldn't bill us." Really? Couldn't send a statement in the mail? I know they have our address because they gave it to the collection agency. Why " couldn't" you bill us? Extremely poor business practice, Trugreen team. All for $11? Really?
