TruGreen Lawn Care

Extremely frustrating experience. I canceled my TruGreen account two years ago, yet every single year I have to fight an automatic renewal and unauthorized charges to my card. Despite canceling, they continue to attempt to bill me, forcing me to spend time disputing charges and contacting customer service. This has become an annual issue and is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly cancel the same account year after year. Very disappointing and incredibly frustrating. I would strongly caution others before signing up.

Derron Wint’s professional qualities were evident in our face-to-face interaction on Wed, 9/10/25. He inspected our lawn, shared his observations, explained the treatment to be done, and then entertained questions. Derron carefully sprayed the lawn in its entirety. After spraying/reeling up the hose, he ensured that the gates were locked and explained the upcoming treatment in about four weeks. Derron presented a printout summarizing the treatment done, what was applied, etc. Impressive experience!! Thanks

Jamaal did very thorough job for the aeration and overseeding. He covered the entire lawn and gave good instructions regarding mowing and watering. He is very knowledgeable, professional and diligent. We really appreciate his work and would highly recommend his service.

We have always been pleased with TruGreen and their technicians. We take pride in our lawn and are particular about the way it looks. With TruGreen controlling weeds, grubs, etc., we have the yard we want! Thanks to David for today's treatment and for walking us through what he was going to apply today. For us, it matters that we hear from the tech and know what each application is for. David is a pro and really knows what he's doing. We ALWAYS get compliments on our yard and we know that our secret is having TruGreen to keep it looking perfect. THANKS!

The technician is polite and courteous. Always very punctual. I have seen improvement in the front yard but not as much in the back but overall very satisfied. The last two are backyard
