TruGreen Lawn Care

I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with TruGreen. When I first hired them, my lawn was healthy, green, and growing beautifully — please see the photo for reference. Unfortunately, after more than a year of service, this is what my yard looks like today. Despite voicing my concerns multiple times, no meaningful action was taken to address the issue, so I ultimately decided to cancel my service. I now regret not listening to others who warned me that TruGreen often does more harm than good. Sadly, my once-thriving yard has been left in such poor condition that I now have to start completely over.

Was not even going to rate but had to give a star to log this review. Really, its a 0. I will let the photos do the talking. Yard was perfect in April. Then TruBrown burned the yard by over fertilizing, then dumped lime on the yard. They never listened to me about brown patch in May. My yard is prone to it due to lack of air circulation. In stead, they told me after all this damage was done, they would spray a fungicide but it would cost me $188, for a 5000 sq ft yard. Service has been canceled! This company has gotten too big, all they want is your money. The sorriest customer service ever!

TruGreen Lawn is professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. They went above and beyond what I expected without being asked to. I’ve spoke to several TruGreen people and everyone had the same attitude, “What can TruGreen do to make this the best experience possible!” RPayne 27030 May 21, 2025

I've been a customer with TruGreen for over 10 years. I had a treatment done to my yard 2-3 weeks back and called for a correction around my driveway and a few spots in backyard. The majority of my lawn looks very good. I called the 1-800 number and was told that since I had only 2 treatments booked, they would not come out to correct. When I asked for a correction to my bill, they informed me that they could not change. Made the decision to make the change and cancel my TruGreen membership and find a new lawn service. Update.. trugreen did reach out to me and made a correction to my bill due to the final service.

True green does an amazing job ! I trust them with my yard . The service people are amazing also
