TruGreen is easy and affordable. After comparing prices with competitors, I found Trugreen to be the best value. Plus, the customer service is amazing. They have knowledgeable employees that take the time to answer your questions without a sales pitch. I really appreciate the service technicians coming to the door before they begin service. This is the hallmark of a good company when they take the time to be respectful of your property, and your privacy, by greeting you first before starting the service. Thank you Trugreen!

I am a new customer and this was the first visit. The Trugreen representative showed up as scheduled. We had a very good conversation. We discussed the needs of the lawn. He provided me with an overview of that day’s service and the future services. The representative was polite, professional, and respectful. He was very thorough in his work. Thank you. March 2026 update - I was fortunate to meet my service representative David Henges. We discussed today's service. I look forward to working with TruGreen to improve the looks of the property.

Fantastic service and customer interaction! The technician explained exactly what he was going to do and how it would effect my yard. I had to leave and when I came back the technician was gone. I inspected my yard to check on what we discussed when he arrived. 100% satisfied! 5/5 Stars! He can come back anytime! Great job!

WORST service ever. I am asking to speak with my local office manager and the training for the "customer no-service" agents is tight. The rep just hung up on me. Nice. The local office is Johnstown PA and the manager is named John.
