TruGreen Lawn Care

I have been using TrueGreen for the past year. They have done a great job with issues my lawn had and it so much better than it did a year ago. If I have an issue with my lawn; I contact them and they are able to offer support or make another visit to correct the issue. Many times free of charge. I have not had any issues with my dog with any of their products either. The technicians are knowledgeable and very considerate of my property. I can’t recommend them enough!!

I was told at the beginning of the year when I prepaid that all of my lawn care services for the whole year was included in my prepayment. I even asked the rep who done the aeration and he said there was no fee. I just got billed $291.00 for the aeration. I called and talked with a gentleman this morning and he said that this was a separate operation not included in my original payment. The text that I received for the aeration was the same type text that I always get for my normal lawn care. Although I really like the service that TruGreen provides I will not be renewing my contract with them. I don’t think that this was handled in a very professional way and being billed for something that I wasn’t informed of prior do being done is very frustrating.

Got a phone call from the gentleman who worked on my yard and informed me of everything he did and what I needed to do the next couple days to ensure that my yard is growing at its best potential. I am very pleased with everyone that works on my lawn care service.

TruGreen has aerated and seeded my backyard for 2 years but I still have large areas with very little or no grass. Weeds are under control but the inability to get grass to grow throughout the lawn has been more than frustrating.
