TruGreen Lawn Care

We purchased a year plan with TruGreen about two weeks ago. They have come two times: once to spray shrubs and once to spray for weeds. The technicians have been nice and completed the specific tasks. We will have to wait to see the outcome. Hopefully, our yard will exhibit our expectations. Trugreen, in Kingsport TN, made a real mess of my lawn. On Friday June 21st, 2024 the technician came to perform a weed & iron supplement service. We were in the middle of a string of 90+ degree days and my lawn is predominantly bermuda and zoysia. My wife asked if this service will kill the grass and he said no it will not harm the grass. By Saturday we had huge stripes of burned/dead grass in the pattern he was spraying and many areas of bermuda are simply dead, just like they had been sprayed with Roundup. I went online and registered a complaint on Sunday. Monday morning I got a call from Customer Service and I asked to have the local Manager come survey the damage. This was my first treatment. Everything went well. Jesse H did a great job! He was very polite, very knowledgeable and very professional! TrueGreen should be mighty proud to have someone like Jesse! I prefer Jesse for all of my upcoming treatments. I can't wait until this time next summer to see the results!

They always let us know when they are coming and what they will be going. After the service we get a summary of what was done. Love the service

This morning Nick came to aerate and seed. He rang the bell and had me show him the three maple trees’ roots we were trying not to cut with the aerator. Nick was excellent in doing a thorough job on our large oversized yard. Thank you.
