TruGreen Lawn Care

TruGreen = Biggest Scam Ever? I had beautiful new sod installed. I took care of it like it was the most precious lawn in the world. It was beautiful! But I had to go out of the country for 4 months...what to do? I heard about TruGreen and they convinced me my lawn would be perfectly well cared for in their system. I trusted them. I came home after four months to find NOTHING BUT WEEDS!!! It was as if they never came or did a single treatment! The weeds had completely overcome the grass and there was almost no grass - see photos. I complained, so they came out and did a treatment, which killed all the weeds, but left nothing but almost bare ground. Now I have mostly bare dirt, a few random blades of grass, and my precious sod has been destroyed...ALL THANKS TO THE SCAMMERS AT TRUGREEN.

This was my 1st service with TruGreen, so I can't speak to the results just yet. But my service tech, Bobby, was very professional & friendly. He told me about the weed & potash applications he was applying, what would happen & why is important. Very happy with the interaction! For what I need, the price is reasonable.

I’ve had a great experience with TruGreen. My lawn looks healthier, greener, and much more even since starting their service. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and always explain what they’re doing and why. I also appreciate the reminders before each visit and the detailed service reports afterward.

Their first service 3 weeks ago killed 1/5 of my lawn. When I called, I thought they might try to resolve things. I was promised a call 2 days later but that was a lie and when I called to complain I got the run a round. I received an email saying they called 2 times, but I can see they did not. More lies and run around. Also - there has been no reduction in ants and bugs in our yard. Although the tech said he applied insecticide - if he did - it did no good. We have applied insecticide in the past and seen results, so Trugreen did a very poor job on insecticide also. Once they kill your grass there is not much you can do. The Technician Efrain M. is the best technician at Trugreen. He does what's best for my lawn and my lawn has improve a lot since he started servicing my yard. THANK YOU VERY MUCH EFRAIN M. you do a great job.
