Not happy with lack of concern of how my lawn was looking. Have some of my sod dying and called and made 2 separate dates for someone to come out besides the tech that sprayed my yard for some assistance in what was happening with my lawn. Both times failed to show up at allotted time to meet with me for a discussion. Poor way of handling business and no one would put me in touch with management. I have CANCELED my service with True Green. Do not recommend this company at all!!!!!!

Absolutely disappointed. We have had them for 3 months and they have been nothing but awful. First time they said we had no grass in our backyard, which is false. So they didn’t spray. We called they said they would have someone come out and spray, they never sprayed, no sign in the yard to indicate that they did. Then had someone call and said we had bugs in our bushes. Not a single bush on our property. For the last two services, I’ve watch them only spray my front lawn and never went to the back. Today we were supposed to have a free service because we have been trying to cancel them and they insisted it would be done this time. The tracker said the guy was here and as I watched he never pulled to the house and two seconds later I got a message saying our service was complete. He never

Arrived, started within moments of arriving. Treated all ares needed in a quick and professional manner. Polite and Happy as well as efficiently. Start to finish with all my first service entails, including lime, 27 min. Nice!! Kudos & Thank You!

I was promissed a 50% discount for the first visit just to wake up next day to find out a total of 269$ was charged to my bank account. i asked for the specialist to contact me when they arrive my home and they never did so i reached out to cnacel my accout and declaire non satisfaction, they cancelled my account saying no charges will be applied, woke up next day to find out an amount of 269$ was charged to my account i was not notified about this extra cost and i didnt ask for this service called "limegreen" i wasnt suppoused to pay more than 89$ , they said even if i wasnt notified about it personaly it is still
