TruGreen Lawn Care

The service was excellent, they remembered to close the gate and were friendly. The 4 star review is for the trugreen service overall. We have had to purchase and apply additional fertilizer ourselves in between applications because the grass starts to turn yellow. And this is with an irrigation system watering multiple times a day. When your spending $1,000 yearly for their service, you wouldn't think the customer would need to apply extra fertilizer multiple times throughout the year. They did a great job core aerating and overseeding, but unfortunately didn't apply any starter fertilizer to get the grass to germinate fully. And I'm doubtful trugreen was driving by to check on their treatments progress. At least the grass looks better with less weeds...

My first service was in early May for fertilizing. A couple weeks later I only had some strips of green with most areas looking untouched. I called and asked for it to be corrected. After a couple cancelled appointments, a serviceman came out and took pictures to show to his manager. A few days later I was notified another service was scheduled. When I called to ask if the service was for re-fertilizing, I was told it was. When the serviceman came I asked him what service he was doing he said it was for weed and grub control. I let him know that fertilizer was supposed to be reapplied. He said he would do it. A couple weeks later some of my lawn improved in color and growth but others still look untouched. I also have long patches of weed now where the areas were missed with weed killer.

Would not recommend.Prepaid for 6 treatments.Second treatment my lawn was damaged.Only half the yard was treated. Called to get it corrected and was told I couldn’t speak to my local place directly. I had a beautiful lawn to start with.Not I have burn marks and weeds in places. Would never recommend tru green.

Trugreen is always dependable. We have been using this company for years and years. We have seen continuous, yearly improvement in our lawn. If I need to call in between treatments, they are always ready to help out and address any needs we may have! I recommend TruGreen.

True Thieves!! We received our final Trugreen application of the season. As previously posted, we have multiple bills where they only treated 1/4 to 1/2 of the area that we paid for. As further evidence of this I’ll provide screenshots of my yard from my blink cameras. This application was one swipe in the area of both cameras. This guy never came inside the fence to do the backyard my back. My cameras work. My dogs set them off on the inside of the fence every night. Also, even when you've identified theft, you can't get a hold of anyone to give them a chance to fix it. Stewart away from TruThieves
