Eddie has taken care of my yard for over a year now and its healthier and greener than when using other lawn care companies and cost much less. Eddie is always friendly & answers my questions. When the weed control application didn't seem to work this summer, he was back out with a follow-up treatment at no charge to address it. I am very satisfied with my Trugreen service and the cost. Other companies charge much more for far less treatments and do not get the same results.

The lawn care service I utilized recently left my lawn in a state of disrepair. The excessive application of fertilizer and weed chemicals resulted in a brown and unhealthy lawn. Despite investing thousands of dollars in maintaining a beautiful lawn, I was disappointed to find that it was destroyed in a single visit. I have contacted the field office on several occasions but have not yet received a satisfactory response. Their communication is extremely poor. I strongly advise against using this company and recommend that individuals consider alternative lawn care options, such as DIY methods, if they have the time and resources.

These pics are after two treatments, there are a really deceitful company. They sold me that they could treat the poison ivy in our yard and then when I talk to the customer service person, she said they don’t even have products that do it. Also, they failed. Told me if you have an iPhone or apple products like a ipad/mac computer you can’t see or access their website to see the schedule of services. I was regularly on the phone with customer service because they didn’t tell me these things until the last straw and I canceled our services. They told me that we will not get a refund for what they already did which was pretty much nothing. Total waste of time and a local office will never respond. We use them this entire season, which was less dry than most seasons. We had multiple areas of dead grass that we never had before and crabgrass all over our lawn. All they would do is come out and say they reapplied And it got worse. The company is totally unresponsive.

I have used True Green for many years. They have not been able to remove weeds from my lawn at all. In fact the amount of weeds is astonishing (see photos). Also, their aeration & seeding program is weak. They do not overseed at all, they simply sprinkle a very little amount of seed on some patches.
