TruGreen Lawn Care

Have used True green for 15 years. 3rd house they have cared for. We added the mosquito spray this year and didn't see one. We have a large outdoor entertaining area and pool. No bugs at all other than a few bee's. Well worth the $650 we paid for the season! Highly recommend!

My wife and I have had Tru green lawn service for the past year and a half. We still have crab grass and nutsedge. And the last time coming out, they somehow burnt spots in the front yard, as you can see by the pictures. She tried talking to them with very poor customer service, they came out and didn't do anything to help us out. For the money we've spent, we excepted better. We fired them and went with a company willing to work with us to figure it out and for less money as well. If this company doesn't want to have great customer service, there are many others out there who do. For your shake, I hope my experience was a one-off.

What a MISTAKE!!! On March 11, 2025 I contacted TruGreen to start the quotation process. By the end of the phone call, I subscribed and pre-paid (my second mistake) for the summer of 2025. April 14, 2025 Roy Osborne, a trained service technician, came out and fertilized my lawn. He was only there for about 20 minutes and left an lawn assessment on my door. About the beginning of May I started noticing stripes to appear in my lawn. On May 6, I contacted TruGreen's customer service to get a summary of the service call in April. I talked to David Mohammed and asked if TruGreen guaranteed 100% coverage. He suggested that we set up a free fertilizing to correct the striping issue. Update 11/25/25: These clowns contacted me this week regarding why I ended my service? Seriously! Do not do business with this company. And they still have not given me a full refund. Stay away, stay away, stay away! Update 9/5/25: still waiting on the rest of my refund and getting nowhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Update 8/28/25; still waiting on the remaining refund from Trugreen. This company is very poor at what they do. I have had three treaments and 2 re-sprays and the crabgrass and weeds are worse than when they started. Then they had the stones to call regarding aerating my lawn in the Fall. I told them they were so bad that they can cancel all my service(lawn, trees, mosquitos)and refund my money. I was transferred to 'business office'. They hung up on me. Aft
