TruGreen Lawn Care

Tried twice to set up initial appointment to have someone come out to evaluate my lawn. First guy said he will set up request and we will hear from someone 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. 48 hours went by and heard nothing. Called back and stated that I haven't had a call and that guy said they do not come out to do evaluation and that lawn care isn't rocket science and he can tell what's needed on line. I told him that we wanted the evaluation In person. He wasn't willing to set that up and hung up on me. I believe they won't do anything unless they have access to your credit card first.

Another great experience! Kevin L. took an extra bit of time reviewing my efforts on my lawns care and answering my questions regarding aeration and overseeding in the fall. Based on my lawns health, he suggested aeration only (which I was planning to do). "You're lawn is probably in the top 1% ..." of his service area. Hot weather is coming ... suggested adding another 1" to cutting height. Not only the scheduled application, but also sprayed for insects he noticed.

So far so good with my first experience with TruGreen lawn and shrub treatment. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgable, they arrived during the time frame they had promised, and the product is already killing those weeds!

Excellent service. Accomplish more than expected. First time client and extremely satisfied.

Technician came and did a great job. We will see in a few weeks if the spray works and gets rid of the bugs on Japanese maple trees. Thanks for coming so quick when I called.
