TruGreen Lawn Care

So we gave TruGreen a try based on looking at our neighbors yard that was using them 4 or 5 years ago. Don't know if something changed at that time, but the experience was a disaster over the past year. We have a acre lot and our cameras would pick up the arrival of their staff and five minutes later they were gone. One time, they just skipped the back yard entirely. You can see where they sprayed and where they didn't. Every treatment looked rushed and like they did not care if they did it right or now. We had week control treatments and one of our best areas of grass now looks like what is in the pictures. One time, they arrived earlier than scheduled and our dogs had not been put up out back. Did not call, just left a note on the door that our dogs were still out and left. Of c

TruGreen gets your lawn jobs done for a reasonable price! Their service people always show up in a TruGreen uniform and you know who they are. They listen to your wishes as to what you need done and do their best to follow and if ever they miss something they come back at no charge to retreat it. I wanted to make sure my granddaughter could run barefoot and play safely in the backyard without fear of a bee sting and they made it possible . You can’t go wrong by calling this company.❤️

Worst lawn service. We’ve been with them since 2022. Fired them, they convinced me they have improved their lawn treatment formula. Shame on me for falling for it. Proof in the pictures. TruGreen prepared my yard with seed for springtime. I am happy with their services. TruGreen also takes care of the shrubs and trees on my property! I hope to have a stunning lawn this April — like my neighbors!

Cancelled service after less than 90 days...terrible experience. TruGreen showed up for the first weed and fertilizer spray on 7/14, no problems. Over 2 months go by, no follow up from TruGreen about scheduling the next service or the aeration and overseeding we had already paid for. I call TruGreen, they say they had a problem with their scheduling software but they can get me scheduled over the phone. Schedule the aeration for the backyard and weed spray for the front yard for 9/18. The tech comes and aerates and overseeds maybe half of the backyard with tiny little plugs, despite us paying to have the full backyard aerated and seeded and did not spray the front yard at all.
