TruGreen Lawn Care

OK, one more time… Thank you to Alex for taking care of my weeds… he did a great job covering all the areas which I pointed out I wanted it done and also thank you to TruGreen…. Good Job!

8/9/25. I had two services completed today. Aeration/overseeing and weed control. All of the guys were wonderful. Great job. 8/8/25. Glenn and worker (Justin?) were very professional. Explained the services to detail. Very satisfied. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. No complaints what-so-ever. Tyler H is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Sprayed my trees and bushes. Great guy. The world needs more guys like him.

Today was the first day of my experience with TruGreen. The two technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. So far, they've met my expectations!

After a salesperson came to my door recommending a seasonal service, I fell for it. There was absolutely not difference in my lawn at the end. I was promised that the treatments would eliminate the wide blade grass. Nope! Not even close. Fast forward to the next season and I receive a text that I have a service scheduled for the next day. It seems legit. I had deleted the app, so I couldn't confirm anything on the app. I called and their system recognized my number and confirmed the text I had received. I get through to a human to be told that their service works like a subscription and automatically renews. Nobody bothered to tell me this last year. I'm pissed. I was able to cancel, but will definitely be keeping an eye on my bank account.

We've been using TruGreen for fertilization and weed control for a full season and now we are on year 2-- our lawn has improved last season quite a bit with more lush grass vs we had issues of some areas not growing as well over the prior years. Weed control is pretty good-- we still have some dandelions but its not bad compared to others yards in my neighborhood. So overall I am pleased.
