TruGreen Lawn Care

Simply said, the worse lawn care company. Close to an acre property and they are here and gone in 10 minutes. A neighbor is a professional grounds keeper for a multi million dollar property and he noticed what a terrible job that I was paying for after watching them perform on my yard. Many weeds still exist after a year of service. After canceling 2 weeks ago they have called 5 times to say a manager will be out to inspect. The last call today said I never canceled and had no records of me doing so even though I said I already hired someone else on the first call. At which point she became rude and said then we won’t send anybody out to inspect your issues if you’re going to cancel. Basically saying if you won’t use us, we don’t care how poorly we performed.

TrueGreen was dishonestly and illegally charging me and not showing up to do the treatments on my lawn. When I called them to inquire as to why my treatments were not applied and my lawn looks terrible, they made excuses as to not being able to provide another treatment. I looked at my neighbors camera footage and True Green was only doing the front lawn but charging me full price! I called in and complained again and they told me they would only settle at half price which is full price because they were only doing half the lawn. So then they send a guy out for the last treatment of the season, he sprayed the front, looked around to see if anyone was watching, and then popped a sign in the lawn and left the property! Once again, skipping the backyard which is half the application! I never

So happy with our much improved country lawn. It started out full of dandelion and creeping Charlie. Thin and spotty. Overwhelming for me. Now it is thick and beautiful. And this our first year of treatment. Only need a little more work on quack grass in some parts. I love the service and our lawn!

I've only had one service done so far but I'm already amazed at the difference it has made. They were quick to arrive as soon as I signed up and Blake has been very helpful in any extra assistance needed. They also had a great promotion going that we were able to save on.
