TruGreen Lawn Care

Not sure this is the correct location for the service, but as a company they are an overpriced, under performance organization. They don't show up when they are scheduled. They show up and don't do the full job. They say they can't do the lawn care when it rains, and then come when it is actually raining. They come and say they don't have the correct equipment to do the job. When you call they won't talk to anyone other than the person who made the arrangements, even if you are married. And then the lawn still has weeds that are worse not better. The manager actually came to my home, unannounced, and promised this would all be corrected. Well... months later still the same issues. Don't waste your money or your time for this headache. Some pictures before we had some yard massacre happen

The worst service ever. I only wanted the them to spray for bugs. They promised me if it flies we kill it. I told him I had a severe reaction to gnats.They guaranteed they could kill the gnats and Mosquitoes, etc.every single time that they’ve come out I’ve had them come back out and re-spray. I called to cancel and they came back out again to spray and charged me. I was outside tonight and I got bit just watering my flowers. This is the worst by far lawn service for bug remediation ever. i’m disputing all the money I’ve paid except for the initial start up fee because I believed what they told me. Will never use them again. Last 2 applications have not worked they will not reapply for 1 reason or another too close to next time then not close enough even though it didn't work any of the times. They won't return your money. The time and money I wasted on them is mind blowing. On hold, can't find my address in the system then multiple times complaining about lawn and mosquito. No avail. Lots of issues go with someone local that will stand behind and support their products

I purchased an annual service for both weed control and fertilizer. The weeds in my yard are worse than ever. I am told if it’s too hot, the technicians don’t spray weed control and don’t return at a different day, or time of day. Instead, you simply pay for a service that they don’t provide. Like every other review- local customer service is outsourced and difficult to get in touch with. CSR will say one thing on the phone, and never communicate with the technicians in the field. Meanwhile they will call you in an attempt to sell more services.

BUYER BEWARE We used TruGreen for years, but for the last two, I've had nothing but problems with the health of my lawn. I have repeatedly spoken with customer service about the issues and documented with photos. After the first year of issues, I was offered a discount and assured that different technicians would be sent to my property. They're sending the same tech (I save all the receipts and the tech names are on them). Following the text notification of an application, I thought it was odd that I didn't receive any camera notifications on my phone or security system. We were home at the time and saw no one. The yard stake and receipt were left at the mailbox on the street, not at the front door per usual. I have 360-degree cameras on premises which provide real-time motion detection
