TruGreen Lawn Care

TruGreen has always been very reliable, friendly, thorough, efficient, and clean! When I got home the other day, I saw their small sign in my yard. I walked around, checking things out. I could see their aeration holes were thorough (they didn’t miss any spaces). Also, there were not any of the dirt plugs on my sidewalk or driveway. I loved that I didn’t need to clean up after them. I am once again very glad I found TruGreen!

2 weeks after starting, I am already disappointed by 2 x low- quality services that are overcharged, different than agreed plan. - The first service was quickly scheduled, but it was fertilization, which according to the plan explained by the sales agent that service should happen later in the schedule, so when asking the technician that provided the service why he was here, he just said did not know why he was scheduled but had to do his job without explaining more (probably did not know). - The very next day, the second service for weed control happened. A different technician who also could not explain what the purpose of the fertilization before the weed control. Once he started with the weed control service, he was in a hurry, spraying while walking fast, so very superficially likely

I had very bad experience with TruGreen, My lawn was under TruGreen service for 6/7 months. Even after the 67 months of treatment, my lawn didn’t get green and the weeds didn’t go away. When I reached out the sale person I didn’t get any proper response and they were rude. Reached their customer support as well, but no change. So I would request others think before signing up with them. May be spend the money on something useful instead of wasting with them.

Overall very happy with the service over the last few years at this house. We have had several technicians throughout that time and all of them are so nice and helpful. Today was a moment I was extra grateful for Conner that has been coming here the last few times. We have a baby and a dog and he must have noticed during the time frame and sent us this text message this morning. It was sooooo appreciated.

I really liked my tech, Alexander, today. He knocked on my door and I was able to tell him about the nut grass out in my backyard. He said they have something to treat it now. I was so excited that he told me not to try to pull it out because it only makes it worse. My yard looks amazing since y’all have been treating it for the past two years. Alexander receives a five star today from me today 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
