Thank you for your continued professionalism with my lawn care. Technician was polite and thorough with the application of chemicals. TruGreen is the best. Iam looking forward to a lush green park like lawn this summer.

I have been with Tru Green for many years and one of the main reasons is they still value customer service. I feel like I matter to them and this is one of the things that is important to me. Their technicians are always friendly and always take time to speak with me and answer any questions I may have. They are careful with my property, never leaving the gate open and always explain anything i may be to do after they leave. It's now 2026, and I'm still with TG. Very happy with their service after many years and, yes, still have a beautiful, weed free lawn!

TruGreen is a great company. I just signed up on Monday and had the first service done today. I feel like they can handle all my lawn necessities. Excellent service! It's so nice do not have to deal with weeds, bugs and fertilizer. TruGreen has me covered. I love the fact that TruGreen has the schedule so I don't have to worry about when to fertilize or when to spray for bugs or weeds. Thank you

We've used TruGreen for about 2 years now. Large areas of our lawn are now dead. The guy came by yesterday and said it was because it needed to be aerated, and also said that our lawn was supposed to get aerated by them every 6 months. They've never done it that I know of. He also said all their outside workers quit last week, so they only have one or two do all their customers. Says something pretty negative about the management there.

We hired TruGreen back in April to service our lawn and weeds. The weeds are under control and that's why I provided a 2star. We continued to have scheduling issues with the technicians. One day they showed up at our house unannounced and had to leave cause the gate was locked. When I spoke to customer service, one lady said I must check the app daily for my service dates (wild)... The other said she didn't even see the scheduled service in there either so she felt it was a system issue. Idk.. Either way not helpful. But the biggest issue is for the past 3 years we managed the lawn at out house on our own, we hired trugreen to help w weeds and they upsold us the lawn care too. Since using them, our always green lawn is now dying and has dead spots all over the front lawn so we cancelled.
