TruGreen Lawn Care

Been a customer for 5 years since 2020 First 2 were fine. Last 3 went downhill. Lawn was destroyed in 2024. "Nothing we can do about it until next year." This is next year... Weeds every where, giant missing patches of grass, and have to repeatedly call to get service done that was promised. There's a reason they are the cheapest around.

Had weeds throughout my lawn. Multiple calls to correct. Trugreen did nothing. I paid for their service yet received multiple notices from my HOA. Got fined due to their poor performance. Cancelled their service and they refused to credit any charges for their failed applications. Worst company!! Avoid Trugreen. Such a poor customer experience

True green came and destroyed my yard. When I asked them about it they apologized and said they would fix it for free and put down seed etc last September. They never showed up and now are telling us this September. If they don’t show up I will have to take them to court because they have made my yard an absolute eyesore and didn’t come through with their services or promises.

Jacarri, your TruGreen specialist, did such a wonderful job attending to our lawn! He was extremely friendly, caring and hardworking. We believe he deserves a raise! We are grateful for your services!

Hello all, 1st treatment completed today for my lawn and the service tech was amazing! He gave me a list of to do’s and treatment plans for the grass quality we seek. Tru Green tech came in full uniform super neat and was very knowledgable of my lawn needs. Looking forward to the rest of the year with TruGreen.
