TruGreen Lawn Care

TruGreen is horrible. Their service AND their staff. Countless times I have had to contact them after EACH service because their staff NEVER knows what to do and how to do it. I swear these people hire just about anyone. They never service the lawn correctly and THIS time they broke all few of our solar lights. You know what shows you how bad their customer service is? Their staff STARES AND WATCHES the lights go down and doesn’t do anything about it. They just leave it like that. This is my last year.

TruGreen: pay premium prices to have your lawn set on fire and your calls ignored. TruGreen is the fastest way to turn a healthy lawn into a crispy, brown graveyard. They’ll torch your grass, ghost you when you ask for help, and make refunds a bureaucratic nightmare they have no intention of resolving. Their crews wander your yard glued to their phones, managers show up late (if at all), and the attitude is downright hostile if you dare to question why your lawn is dead. I waited years to hire them and now I’m paying to stare at a patch of burnt dirt. Save yourself the money, the headache, and the heartbreak.

Christopher is very professional and courteous. I addressed the weed problem and he assured me that he is applying weed killer today. I can't comment on the quality of the products as this is only the second application. When I see improvement, I will be happy to let you know. 🌱 Now that I have purchased an entire year of fertilizer and weed control, my lawn looks worse than before I hired TruGreen! Did someone mix up the labels for fertilizer and Agent Orange? I cannot recommend this company 😮‍💨

The specialist did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a few tips on the maintenance of my lawn . It was a pleasure to meet Mr. Grainger and discuss my lawn with him. Please share with him that he is a asset to your company Thanks for the continued great service. Steve Wells

Shame on the company for this horrible service!!!!! Started the service in sep 2020 came to our house for the aeration of the lawn front and back. Then started the service in 2021. Total of 3 services April, May, June and July, and im asking for help with the lawn since april. Im watering the lawn and the weeds, the clovers, crabgrass are growing so fast its not funny. The reps over the phone are nice but my lawn is full of weeds and im so disappointed. Im attaching the photos so some one to look this lawn i got service 4 days ago and the weeds are healthy. Help me please. Update: aug 22 got another call from the office two weeks ago, at this time still no rep to be at the house. The lawn os a disaster and its almost end of the season. At this time im demanding my full refund the service
