I was very pleased with horticultural oil treatment provided today!!!!!!! I spoke with the specialist today before treatment was applied and found Ms Kashia Y to be very pleasant and very informed about the shrubs/bushes and trees in my yard and also diligent in applying the treatment. Great Service!!!!

They’ve been “taking care” of my yard for years, currently my yard is 95% weeds. Crabgrass and nutsedge have taken over. I don’t understand, both are very easy to control… they’ve been fired.

I’ve used Trugreen for 3 months now and they’ve applied 3 applications to help my grass grow fuller. However, as seen on my property cameras they’ve only been spraying half my yard. Of all the times I’ve talked to someone, it’s been on the phone only. No one has come to discuss my property lines or what portion I need sprayed. They just use vague county boundaries they found online that are incorrect. Technicians are supposed to knock on the door to let me know they’re here, but no one ever knocks. I have no clue what I’m paying for because part of my yard is now turning brown. This may be due to their lack of spaying my entire property. They say they’ll send someone back out if I’m unsatisfied, but I really don’t have to time to watch them on camera just to babysit an adult and make sure

True Green left a door hanger on my door around July 2. After rain and heat, it glued itself to my door and risked pulling paint off if removed. I immediately contacted them, and they promised to send someone out. No one ever came. I’ve called dozens of times since, and every single time they act like it’s the first they’ve heard of it. They ask me for the details all over again, promise a fix, and then do nothing. This company clearly has no accountability, no follow-through, and no respect for their customers’ time. If this is how they handle a simple request, I can’t imagine trusting them with my lawn.

I was very satisfied with the aeration and overseeding done by Tarez and Devante. They arrived early, answered our questions, and quickly got to work. The coverage was complete; I did not see any uncovered spots. They were careful not to damage our garden, fence, and rain barrels' overflow hoses. Excellent customer service! Would request them again.
