TruGreen Lawn Care

This is what they did to my lawn!! For over a month I called for someone to come out to look at this and correct it. No one did anything to resolve the problem! A senior specialist was supposed to come out to take a look and do a soil sample. Instead I got some new guy that came out to spray again! My yard was oversprayed to begin with and that’s why it looks like this. I have been a loyal customer for years and this is what I get. I get to pay for a company to come out and destroy my yard! I have canceled my service as of June 13. I really hope people read reviews so they can see the kind of service you really get. And since no one from TruGreen ever bothered to look at the pictures I sent them here they are!!

If you want nothing to grow, lies, dishonest workers that come out and don’t do the job and a clueless management team that can’t put solutions into place - go with TruGreen . You’ll waste your money for sure . What a waste of a year . True dirt . Bad look for your company putting your signage in my lawn when the service was done but I have true dirt everywhere .

This is my second year of using TruGreen from this branch. Without fail, I am calling the company to schedule my own treatments every month. When left to the company, they either miss treatments or schedule upwards of 10 weeks between treatments. Every person I talk to expresses that they will make a “note” in my account and will make sure that treatments are scheduled on time. Getting people on the phone is also a challenge, I have never had more dropped calls or longer wait times. After two years, and over $1,000 my yard looks no better and I am still begging people to complete the work I have already paid for. While the price may beat other companies, the work and dedication the company has to help your lawn look better is nonexistent. In fact, they actively work to make sure the treat

It was good, especially since it is so hot. I just ask that you make a note for the technician to please spray the stones in front of the patio. Weeds are trying to grow in between the large stones. There are some flowers in front of the scalloped bricks and one flower on the end. Thank you. The stones are there for drainage issues, but weed are coming up between them. Thank you.

I’ve been really unhappy with our Trugreen service in Bucks County. Yes, they have gotten rid of a lot of our weeds and that’s been great. However, they keep running over things in my yard. Kids toys, kids clothes, our hose (that I spent a lot of money on so it wouldn’t leak). It’s not like we have a filthy yard with 5000 things in it. It’s just that the kids leave things out sometimes and you would think they would stop and pick something up instead of running it over and destroying it. I called them and asked if they could notify the guy to at least stop running over the hose and they said they would and the same guy came this week and ran over it again. We also use the service where they spray your shrubs for pests and mold. They have killed several of our shrubs that way that weren’t
