TruGreen Lawn Care

If you are looking for the perfect, creepy, stalker business who will NEVER stop calling you despite how many times you tell them you no longer want their services, this is the business of your dreams. I started off politely telling them I do not want their business anymore to full blown telling them off to no avail. I have been able to get rid of abusive exes easier than these creeps. No apparently does not mean no to these guys. Hopefully, now that I have made myself clear publicly (STOP CALLING ME!! TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL LIST!!) I hope they will now understand no means no.

I am not happy with the results. I spent 1000.00 last season with the expectation this year's results would be better. Unfortunately the results are very disappointing. This is how my lawn looks after 5 treatments. The most recent tech, Ivan R, who was wonderful, was equally disappointed. He uploaded photos and comments to corp. I am still waiting for a return call. Even if you try to call the local Wilkes Barre office the call gets routed to their corp call center.

My before and after photos. The photo on the left was taken October 9th. Then, after a treatment by TRU Green, several large burnt spots appeared. I previously took care of my own lawn but thought maybe the professionals can improve upon it. I was wrong. I can’t wait until this contract is over so I can go back to my own routine where my lawn looked great.

I’ve been with True Green for many years and I’m happy how they keep my lawn green and healthy, as I enjoy spending time outdoor. They recently did aeration and overseeding, in addition to weed control maintenance and trees/shrubs care.

I started TruGreen because I wanted aeration and seeding. I was made many promises but had to wait until August. In the meantime I paid for them to spray for insects when I had no insects but ok. August came and the worker came out and I couldn't see any aeration, my ground was still hard as a rock and no seeds present. I will attach 3 pictures to show how it looked minutes after they left. I called after receiving a bill for another $270. They sent the worker back and using the timestamps on the doorbell camera showed that the worker pulled up, sat in his truck for 6 minutes and left without even getting out of his truck. Then I was told that they already did it. They said again that they would have someone come out. I reasonably requested that another worker come for obvious reasons
