0 stars. DONT TRUST. They WILL continue service even after you cancel. They will charge you for it. They will run you through the ringer to take care of their mess up. And then, the cherry on top! They WILL harass you, calls, texts, emails and physical mail. It will not matter how many people you talk to to get them to leave you alone, its been over a year, I spoke to some just 3 weeks ago and I still got mail today. Oh and when I spoke to the legitimately nice lady she told me I still hand an account. After canceling it over a year prior, it was still active. I told them I will never work with them again after everything, and to PLEASE leave me alone. Yet here we are.

Called to voice concerns that my yard was burning up, they scheduled an *expert to come. Nope same person, came sprayed when it was in the order not to. Weird how mine was the only yard that was * hibernating (pictures of mine vs neighbors yard, difference being trugreen) on the whole street. For a dead yard, call trugreen. Cancelled service and refunded. 7.22.25 Reached out to the reply the owner posted to the review. Not only did they delete their reply here , but ignored my correspondence.

We pay at least 1,000 dollars a year for this service and it is terrible. We have to wait 2-3 days for a call back as our grass continues to die. Same problem last year and same results. Still have crabgrass. Grass continues to brown like it has been burnt. Brings our home value down. Totally fed up. Just asking for them to make it right but it doesn’t happen.

Trugreen Is doing a good job at keeping my weeds under control. They’re always very helpful and I really like them. They’re doing better for me than last year. I just felt last year. The weeds weren’t being taken care of well enough to keep them from growing in where I have my stones

Horrible business. Do not use them, do not do it.This is a very small sample of the weeds and dead grass in my yard. Unfortunately they acquired the local lawn company I used for years. I decided to keep them and try Trudead out for a year and this what I get. I called customer service thinking they would come out and take a look at it. No such thing with them. Customer service started arguing with me for no reason. Weeds and dead grass EVERYWHERE. Told person to have the manager call me. No such courtesy there either. This company is a scam. Tru dead grass. Tru weeds is what they should be called. Absolutely the worst all the way around. Poor service poor customer service. There should be a negative star rating for time and money lost on a service.
