First of all, if you have bought a pass online, your pass will be the EXACT time on your pass & not one second more.My pass was from 6pm-12am. I got there 3 minutes early. A nice lady parking attendant told me to just pull over in a no parking spot to wait the 3 minutes. Then this extremely rude man who said he was the garage manager (he lied) told me to move because it was no parking. I told him the lady told me to park there & he wouldn't listen & told me to move. So I pulled down towards the gate to wait the 3 minutes. We went to the concert then fast forward... It was now 12:18 am when we got to the gate to leave. We had to pay an additional $10 to get out. So, if you park here, watch your time. I will never use this parking garage again!!

Easily, affordable, and simple parking. We went to see a comedy show and due to delays by the venue, our show started hours past its original start time and we got out way past our allotted parking time. The staff was standing at the gates as people were exiting making sure we didn’t pay any extra for parking because they felt it was not our fault the show started and ended so late.

Garage over sold an event. Got lucky with someone leaving but many many folks had to turn around and leave. At the end of the event, it took us 65 minutes to exit the garage. Will not park here again.

Parked here for a show at the Ryman and it literally took 2 hours for the line of cars to exit the garage…Not sure if there was a reason on street level, but the cars weren’t budging at all for at least half of the time I had to wait and then it was a crawl until I was able to exit. It felt like a trap. Even though I returned to my car with over an hour before my time was set to expire the ordeal made me late on my time and they charged me an “overstay fee”…

Definitely worth buying a parking pass. Young attendant was very helpful when the scanner couldn't read my barcode
