Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

Anthony represented Truly Nolan with the upmost professionalism today, starting with his introduction. He spoken kindly and was very knowledgeable and very thorough in performing our much needed service. I was honored by his respect for our home, covering his shoes and wearing a mask. I ask questions and he patiently answered each one. I TRULY appreciate the company hiring a worker who actually shows the long standing strength from such a prestigious company. SCAMMERS I've been with them for about 7-8 months and I have more weeds now than when they started. I've emailed them and called them. They were supposed to send someone out today, Nov 1, 2025. No show and no call. I will be calling on Monday to cancel my contract. These pictures are from my back yard, I didn't take pictures of the front, but the weeds are there. I don't believe they have a 4.7 Google rating. I called to cancel my service and was told that it's a $175 early termination fee. The worst company.

We’ve been with Truly Nolan for a while now, and the quality of service can really vary depending on who they send. That said, our current technician Luigi has been absolutely exceptional. He’s thorough, professional, and actually. the time to address problem areas instead of just doing a quick spray-and-go. He explains what he’s treating and why, shows up on time, and is always respectful of our home and property. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in their work. The difference in results since Luigi started servicing our home has been noticeable. If Truly Nolan has more technicians like him, they’re doing something right. Highly recommend this company - the quality of their team members like Luigi speaks volumes.

I'd like to share my experience with all of you regarding Truly Nolen of Davie; from start to finish I got top notch treatment! Mark was the person who initially came out to check my house and let me know my options. He was fantastic! Attentive and available for all my calls and many questions! Anthony came out today to do the actual treatment and he was wonderful and so respectful! His supervisor Danny was here for a little while and again another quality person who was great to deal with! I would never recommend or use Truly Nolen to take care of a rat problem again. It's taken them 2 months to get it done and it's caused a lot of headache. I've had to take many hours off of work for trap checks and some of those times a tech didn't even show up. One time they forgot to reschedule more checks and (after confirming twice a tech was coming in the same day) they never showed up. Then a manager got involved who was very arrogant. He blamed the call center for not sending the same tech to prevent too many hands in the situation. Then he puts down his techs after finding where the rats were actually coming in from that he always finds the holes and cleans up after techs that are not doing their job. He also promised me I would be receiving money back for the time I've had to take
