Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

The termites are still leaving their droppings and came out of the drilled holes the next day after service. Technician is going to return to fill holes with appropriate chalking and color . Need to know when

We used Truly Nolen for lawn care for about a year, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Throughout the entire year, weeds were completely out of control, I would estimate that 30–40% of our lawn consisted of weeds. Each time we brought this up, the technician repeatedly told us there was “no way to get rid of all the weeds,” That’s reasonable but 40% weeds is too much. Our technician, Greg, often mentioned that he was the only lawn technician in Brevard County for Truly Nolen. He frequently seemed rushed and frustrated, and when concerns were raised, his response was usually that “it is going to take awhile”. Seems he was always rushing to get to the next job. I would never in my life go to someone’s house for a service and leave it a mess. Y’all need to do better. One of your tech came and set traps in the attic and in the process got insulation and rat droppings not only all over the closet but tracked it through the main living area as well when he left. Thankfully I had a feel this would happen so I emptied my closet but this is still absolutely ridiculous. Here’s just one area but it was EVERYWHERE.
