Truly Nolen's termite control program is effective because it's ongoing. Mr. Smith was not just a termite technician he was a teacher. He educated me on what to look for and solution to prevent further infection. He was courteous, respectful, and funny. He was also thorough and his inspection and questions. He made me feel comfortable and safe about the service even with my pet.

He explains what types of situations attract various pests (how to mitigate them on our own), which products he is using, and what those products do. He answers all of our questions patiently and has made sure we get exceptional service. He always encourages us to call if more treatment is needed between service visits.
