Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

I am very happy with the service provided by Truly Nolen. Having a home in the desert presents a constant battle in keeping the rodents away. Rick always let's me know a couple days in advance when he will be there to check the traps, which is something I really appreciate.

We chose Truly Nolen for their reputation and weren’t disappointed. Don and Kelan were thorough, explained everything in a way we could understand, and provided great service.

He seems very consistent letting the property owner know valid solutions to prevent further pak rat infection. Knowledge is key in this situation which I realize he is very educated. It is an ongoing situation in this desert environment. Upkeep on this property ,avoiding rodents which cause ongoing damage, so there are not of costly repairs. By the way, he such a nice guy. Very enjoyable to talk to.

Don is our Truly Nolen technician and he is absolutely wonderful! His thoroughness always impresses me. He catches things that both my husband and I miss. He arms us with a wealth of information to keep our home protected and critter free. We've used other pest control services in the past but have never encountered a nicer, more patient technician than Don. Although we only see him quarterly, because he does such a great job, it is always a pleasure. You can tell that he takes personal pride in all that he does. For that reason we are loyal customers of Truly Nolen. PS. Give that man a raise!

Don was awesome, very pleasant, and friendly, definitely knows his job! And does it well! I had a small issue with some cockroaches, after being gone 6 weeks, he treated in and out, probably take a few days to not see anymore, had 1 later in day,1 next morning, all we have seen!
