During a final walkthrough of my condo unit to get ready for tenants to move 2 days later, I noticed the heat was not working, and the air conditioning was blowing in the middle of Winter, even though the thermostat panel was blank. I recently took advantage of TRUST 1's offer to have one of their agents visit my home to do a multi-point checkup on my boiler. Meeting Alyssa Needham and talking with her as she completed her review of my Burnham unit was awesome. She was an informed subject matter expert and a truly good person. She make me want to do more business with Trust 1.

Technician DJ Andrews was awesome. He correctly identified the problem after analyzing my tankless water heater in a courteous and professional manner. I was so impressed I signed up for a yearly maintenance.

Just had my kitchen drain serviced by Eric and his colleagues. Job took two days. Eric came on Tuesday afternoon with one colleague. They were both very respectful and professional. Quickly diagnosed the issue and worked diligently to fix the initial problem. Parameters of the job required Eric and a second colleague to return next day to complete the recommended repair. I forget the second colleague name but he was from Randolph and knew the zip code. Both offered great and efficient service and I will be referring them to anyone who needs the services of Trust 1. Eric appears to be a real go getter and is not satisfied till the job is done and done right. I like that!
