Ali was so helpful and explained my heating system thoroughly. He showed me the different parts and made recommendations about my heat pump. My system is a Blueridge and even though he doesn’t work on this system he was able to run the system and gave me some advice. I would definitely use them again.

Stay away from these people. Do not trust this company with your safety. They installed a brand-new HVAC system in my home that was fundamentally unsafe. They failed to configure it for propane, causing the unit to destroy itself within weeks of use. He also failed to install mandatory safety sensors. When confronted with the damage, he refused to fix it, and has left my family without heat since the end of November. FULL DETAILS: I hired Trust Heating and AC in August 2025 to install a new HVAC system. The installation seemed fine until we turned the heat on in late October. On November 29, the furnace failed.
