Great experience with Trusted Heating & AC. Edwin was professional, courteous, and very efficient at troubleshooting and diagnosing an issue with our rooftop unit heater that had tripped a circuit breaker. He quickly identified the problem, had the needed parts on hand, and was able to repair it and get our heater back up and running the same day. We also really appreciated the same-day service — from calling in the morning to having the repair completed that afternoon. The whole experience felt honest and straightforward, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend, and we would definitely use them again.

Brad is amazing! Very professional , reliable and he offers reasonable pricing. He was quick to come out and diagnose my HVAC's failed blower fan. Took care of the warranty claims with Trane for parts. He went above and beyond to install a portable air conditioning in my bedroom as we waited for parts to arrive. Once the parts arrived , he did not delay and came out on a Saturday to take care of the issue. I highly recommend him and his company!!

Brad is amazing, professional and honest person. While we are waiting for new motor to be delivered he has setup a temporary AC in our home so that my family can get some sleep while it is 100f outside and waiting for parts to be delivered Can’t ask for more If you are looking for someone who can fix/repair HVAC and whom you can trust then Brad is the guy.
