Warning, be aware of this guy! His name is Fred! I called Fred for AC repair, and he stopped by to see what the issue was! He told me the fan needs to be replaced, we still had a warranty on the AC unit, and Fred told me he would take care of it! I gave him $100 for advice and hoped he would come back to repair the AC unit! After a few days, I called him back to ask when he was going to fix the AC unit, but he just simply told me that he would not help me and I have to figure it out on my own! So basically, Fred just takes money from people and doesn't show up! Terrible service and communication!
