Was asked to come in and do IT work from time to time. I met with the owner Nick Willis and got a idea of what they would need. He gave me a verbal agreement to start working. I designed 2 different high-end computers for Autocad use. I emailed the estimate to Nick and he never responded. I emailed and called several times during 2 months. He responded by email once and said he had tried to call me back but I never received a call. When I submitted him a $90 bill for 3 hours of labor designing and consultation he immediately emailed me back to complain. He has refused to pay me. Saying he only wanted estimates. This makes him untrustworthy and a liar. I made sure he understood when we met in his office that by him asking me to start working on this meant he was hiring me. This man does poo
