Tim did a very thorough inspection of our new build at the pre drywall rough in stage. Report was thorough and our builder project manager was glad to have him as an extra set of eyes.

TRW Home Inspections, Inc. (Tim) was the inspector/Inspection Company that recently performed an inspection on a home I intended to buy. Tim came early and well prepared. He used drones and scopes to perform every test I requested. He was incredibly thorough! The man had a 179 report to me that same night WITH pictures and observations. He was professional and both myself and my partner were very impressed. He also was available to discuss our questions.
