TSG Cabinets

I am incredibly dissatisfied with this cabinet company. They sell low-quality products and mislead their customers. After our kitchen renovation in summer 2024, some cabinets showed hairline cracks by the end of the year, which progressed into larger cracks by spring 2025. The wood finish is also defective and chips off. We asked for replacement of some cabinets with major cracks and they initially didn’t accept that it covers under warranty. Then they sent us replacements but some of them again had visible hairline cracks. To add to this, the Ice White Shaker cabinets were delivered in different shades. Their lack of attention to quality is appalling. Please, do not make the same mistake we did. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! 🙏

Please be cautious of the cabinet quality. So many flawless, imperfections. The company doesn't do a QA before they leave the manufacturer. The wood is very soft, the quality is so disappointing. Please do not make the mistake that we made. The company is also not registered the BBB - I wish I would have done more research.

I placed a big kitchen and bath cabinet order through my dealer and chose Forevermark for assembly, with delivery scheduled for 3 weeks later. However, on the day before delivery, my dealer informed me that TSG had only fulfilled part of the order, and the next delivery for the rest would be another week out. I wasn’t given any explanation for this split and delay. No one cared that I had already paid my installers for three full days to complete the entire job, but due to this last minute change, they could only do part of the work. Their pay was non-refundable, and now I have to shell out even more to bring them back to finish the job. There was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience. Just an awful experience. I use TSG all the time and have no issues. All of these reviews of people saying their cabinets are defective are due to the dealer who sold them the cabinets and assembled them. If assembled properly and not damaged during transport this line of cabinetry is the best for VALUE! I will continue to use TSG and would recommend it to anyone that is on a budget. Just make sure whoever assembled the cabinets are professional’s.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I stress DO NOT! I purchased cabinets from Kitchens on Clearance located in Miami whom advertises to sell quality cabinets from FOREVERMARK_TSG CABINETS but they are the LOWEST grade and most SUBSTANDARD quality I have ever seen! I usually do not take the time to write a review but I am compelled to do so at this time after the horrible experience I am having with this company! I was promised quality cabinetry and I received complete garbage. Cabinets were received at job site in boxes and were assembled on-site. I was told all merchandise was inspected prior to delivery to ensure no defective material - it was not! Just about 90% of all material came damaged.
