Normally don't post Reviews but cant say enough good things about TSK. New AC unit ...old one, finally died so needed a replacement. Todd was great with the quote ... very fair priced and reasonable. Mike was FANTASTIC with the install. Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and just great service. I called 4 companies and got 4 quotes and they were all over the place. I went with TSK because they were very reasonable , timely and came recommended by a few friends. I'm not disappointed at all and would definitely recommend to anyone

Todd (owner) and his team were absolute professionals. The heat exchanger failed on my 20 yr old furnace. TSK was onsite within 24 hours to install a new furnace. The 2 installers were respectful, used drop cloths, and did a very meticulous job. The new Bryant furnace is also performing so much better than the previous furnace.

I cannot fully capture how wonderful Todd and his team are. They were referred to us by a subcontractor our contractor was working with on another job. Todd was responsive and thorough in quoting out the job for moving our A/C compressor and the accompanying line set easily beating some of the larger, more corporate names in the area. TSK isn't just a low price - their professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. They moved our A/C in March and returned in May when it was time to turn our system on to run a full check. In June we ran into an issue with the electrical box that the A/C was hooked up to. On a Friday at 2:30 Todd came to our house, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem. I cannot tell you how extremely fortunate we are to have this great hvac company in our community! For the last few years, I had an issue with a pressure switch problem on my furnace due to a lengthy flue pipe with short radius elbows. Two companies including the installation company failed to correct or suggest a correction. The install company basically didn’t care, cut corners and placed a less restrictive pressure switch in which could be a safety hazard, but would probably decrease the life of the heat exchanger. I reached out to TSK and Todd came out to look at what we had. I originally was in the frame of mind of just reroute the flue, make it shorter, and be done with it. I hired TSK to convert my furnace and tankless hot water heater from propane to natural gas. Todd always responded promptly to my calls and questions, and easily handled several schedule changes. The technicians, Mike and Mark, were very competent, professional, and courteous. They arrived at the time that they said they would and laid down dropcloths to protect the floor during the work. With the exception of a minor hiccup they were fully prepared for the job, and provided excellent recommendations. In speaking with the National Grid technician who arrived to install the meter he informed me that TSK is one of two heating and cooling contractors that he trusts and has never had any issues with when performing gas conversions. He has worked for NG for over 30 years.
