I wish I could give 0 stars 😡 My home has been sitting here for a month and our stupid electric company subs out to these guys to do the trenching. Last week they stated that they would be here on Monday and no later than Tuesday. Tuesday came and no one showed and it wasn't until I called that they said it would then be Friday for sure. GUESS WHAT... FRIDAY IS HERE! I called around 3pm to make sure they were still coming and was assured that I was on the list for today and they would be here! Now it is 6pm, it's dark and still NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED! BEYOND FRUSTRATED 😠 🤬

They moved my work up in the schedule, they were so nice and helpful over the phone. The day came for them to hook up services to my new house, they did their work in a timely manner and were considerate by moving out of the driveway when I came and left. Then they even took it a step further. I’ve had so many work trucks and machines in my driveway that has done it in! These guys took the time to help smooth my drive back out and left it better than when they arrived.

Took out the main power grid today. My house has been without power for over 8 hours, my fridge food has gone bad and caused some of my fish to die from my fish tank.

The company hit my mailbox and destroyed it. Now they are refusing to take my calls when I'm looking for reimbursement.

They damaged my house and won't pay. 5 months later and still nothing.
