Joe Massaro and his team are life savers! After Hurricane Idalia came through our south Georgia town, we were at a loss of who to contact to remove a large pine tree that went through my parents house and left 2 huge holes in the ceilings! Literally, we were looking at the sky. Upon our first arrival to see the downed tree and damage, Joe's crew was a couple doors down removing another tree. My dad was about to go see about removing their tree, and Joe was already coming to meet us. His crew was already there, and they removed the tree from the roof, removed down to stump what was left of the tree, moved all debris to roadside, tarped roof, and gutted all wet interior to prevent mold and further damage. Called Joe on a Sunday. Answered immediately, provided a good estimate and said he could be there the next day. Sent his guy and the guy delivered. What more can you ask for? Would use them again.

First, the communication prior to the actual day of pick up was excellent! On the day of pick up, they arrived on time and immediately got to work. Joe and his crew were GREAT! They worked together so well and they made it a fun experience which was totally unexpected! I was shocked at how fast they were at removing all of my junk! Thanks so much Joe and crew!
