I hired T&T Cooling & Heating LLC to install a new water heater. While the water heater itself seems to be installed properly and is working fine (thank you for that), the experience overall was very stressful. During the installation, the technician did not shut off the water properly. As a result, water filled the boiler and the pressure increased through the system, causing leaks through the radiators upstairs in the living room and bedrooms. Our house was left with water leaking in multiple areas, a mess that never should have happened from a professional job. When we told him to fix the problem he caused, he demanded more money instead of taking responsibility. That felt completely wrong. Called Troy in Oct to fix my furnace. He was at my door in 3 hours. He was quick and kept my basement clean. He also followed up in Jan when temps are single digit to make sure the furnace was running well.

I called a few different companies over the last few weeks and no one got back to me. One company even told me they had priority calls to handle and for me to contact someone else. I called Troy, and on the hottest day of the year he showed up within a few hours. He diagnosed and addressed the issue in a reasonable time. His price was fair especially for the timing of the service. Him and his partner were respectful and courteous. He said he would come back 2 days later to install a part, and he was there within the time he said he would be. I would definitely recommend for your HVAC needs.
