We agreed for a 12' automatic driveway security swing gate to be installed, including automatic opening from the inside and 3 key fobs for $5k. They told me the gate would be ordered from their supplier in Texas, but what they installed are two flimsy $150 fence panels from Home Depot (or similar) welded together. I did not receive an actual gate, nor does it have any locking mechanism to make it a security gate. They charged me $650 extra for the puck to open the gate automatically from the inside even though they stated it was included in the original price quote, as well as extra for the key fobs. The puck was not placed correctly so the gate does not open automatically from the inside, rendering it a trap for anyone without a key fob (visitors, delivery drivers & meter readers). Since

Tim and Theresa are great people!! They came to our rescue when we needed a fenced yard to protect our dogs from a cliff on one side and a highway on the other. They got the fence done quickly and did a beautiful job. Their team are hard workers and TIm and Theresa would check regularly on the job to make sure all was going well. Thank you so much for a job done well and for building a safe place for our dogs.

Tim and Theresa are terrific! They were able to squeeze our small job in and it wasn’t easy. We have three dogs and my neighbor has one. T&T Fencing was able to take down and remove our old broken-down fence and replace it with a beautiful new fence in just a few days. We only had two nights of having to keep our dogs from running into the neighbor’s yard. That was fast. The crew was professional and kind. I enjoyed meeting all of them. No shady work here! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
